Where to start? We came ask the way from london to find this Peaceful country retreat. Staff are not in your face, and amazing people who will bend over backwards to help you, they will so hard and you hardly see them. Breakfast was amazing a big spread of cereals, fruits and yogurts plus juices. Fresh ground coffee, yummy. Room was big and spacious big TV with free view all working. En suite bathroom clean and well maintained. Fan provided in case its too warm at night. We left the big window open fully for the country air. The views are amazing. Situated so close but far enough away from anywhere just 30 minute drive to the north Wales coastline. We will be coming back for another spider free stay.. Thank you Kath and malcom, you really made us feel welcome on our stay.
Only stayed for one night but it was lovely here. Great host, very hospitable and kind. The room was very spacious and clean. Great cooked breakfast in the morning! Also fresh fruits and cereal, coffee/tea etc, very well taken care of. The direct area is very peaceful and quiet. Close to several great areas in Llyn peninsula, Anglesey and Snowdonia.
We stayed here while visiting family and I have to say it was like a 'home from home'. Beautiful cosy rooms, a lovely welcome by the host with a hot pot of tea and coffee with biscuits in their cosy lounge. I thought this was a very kind gesture on arrival after a long journey. Breakfast was organised and tasted delicious! Will definitely visit again as everything was perfect and surrounded by beautiful countryside whilst being only a short drive away from the nearest town! We (family of 4) stayed here for one night as a base for hiking Mount Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) via the Llanberis Path. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the host was great. There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was just stunning with everything included. We highly recommend this place. It is a short drive Llanberis and Pen y Pass. The views of Snowdonia National Park are stupendous, truly.
Lovely and quiet. Host is very welcoming and friendly. Room is very nice. Wifi is on and off but all in all we will be coming back.
I stayed here a few weeks ago with my elderly mother. Kath and her husband were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were amazin. I would definitely recomend.
We booked last minute and were so glad we did! The host was lovely and really accommodating. The location was great, the bed was super comfortable, and breakfast in the morning was delicious — fresh fruit, cereals, fresh coffee and a great cooked breakfast. Perfect spot for our one-night stay and would definitely recommend for longer
Fantastic place. Clean rooms, very friendly staff and lovely breakfasts with lots of choice. They even catered for my wife who is Vegan. Nothing was to much trouble. It is in the middle of nowhere but it's only about 20 minutes drive to the beach and Snowdon. We will definitely be staying her again.
